OUR HISTORY
FreshTech was born from a simple idea: making clean, renewable energy accessible to everyone.
The company started when a group of engineers and sustainability enthusiasts realized that many homes and businesses wanted to reduce their energy costs and environmental impact but didn’t know where to begin.
They saw an opportunity to create a company that could provide reliable, high-quality renewable energy solutions while guiding customers through every step of the process.
From the beginning, FreshTech focused on solar energy. What started with the sale of solar panels quickly expanded into a complete range of products designed for energy independence.
Today, FreshTech offers everything needed for self-consumption systems, including solar panels, batteries, inverters, and complete solar kits tailored to different energy needs.

FreshTech is a third-sector company because we provide renewable energy products and services:
- We sell high-quality solar panels, batteries, and complete self-consumption kits.
- We offer eco-friendly solutions such as electric vehicle chargers and biomass stoves.

COMPANY SIZE
Our company is a micro company because we are only 5 members working at the company.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
FUNCTIONS OF EACH WORKER
CEO (Aram):
The CEO leads FreshTech and defines the company’s goals and strategies. He supervises all departments, makes important decisions, and represents the company in meetings and business activities.
Technician (Anas):
The Technician installs and maintains renewable energy systems, including solar panels, batteries, EV chargers, and other equipment. He also provides technical support and repairs when needed.
Product Designer:
The Product Designer develops and improves products and solutions offered by FreshTech. He ensures that products are efficient, innovative, and meet customer needs.
Marketing Assistant:
The Marketing Assistant promotes the company through social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns. She helps attract new customers and increase brand visibility.
Secretary:
The Secretary manages administrative tasks, organises documents, schedules appointments, and assists with customer communications to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
